Vietnjamm Banh Mi

A small street food stall serving up the best Banh Mi’s. It’s a fun little brand hoping to introduce Vietnamese flavours to Nordic people. Banh Mi is a Vietnamese baguette filled with mayo, pate, caramellized coconut pork, fresh and pickled vegetables and topped with Nuoc Cham sauce, chilli and crispy onions. 

Goal was to represent vibrant, juicy and spicy flavours of Vietnam.
